1. Unboxing Video Requirement
We do not accept any return or refund requests without a proper unboxing video of the parcel. The video must clearly show:
- The sealed parcel before
- The complete unboxing
- The condition and contents of the received
2. Claim Submission Window
All refund or return claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, along with the unboxing video as evidence.
3. Review Process
Once we receive your claim and video proof, our team will review it promptly and communicate the next steps.
