2.  Products and Services

Qimti Food offers a wide range of authentic homemade products, including Sundarbans Raw Honey, Homemade Cow Milk Ghee, Pickles, Khejur Gur, Patali, Mung Dal, Kalai Dal, and other traditional food items. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images.

However, as our items are handmade and natural, slight variations in color, texture, or flavor may occur.

 

3.  Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Payments must be completed at the time of placing the order through the available payment options on our website. Prices and offers may change without prior notice, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.

 

4.  Shipping and Delivery

We deliver our products across India. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery PIN code. Delivery timelines vary by location and product availability. Qimti Food is not responsible for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will receive tracking details once the parcel is dispatched.

 

5.  Return and Refund Policy

To maintain transparency and product integrity, returns or refunds will only be accepted with valid unboxing video proof. The video must clearly show the parcel being opened from its sealed condition and display the contents inside. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, along with the video evidence. Without proper proof, no return or refund request will be processed. Qimti Food reserves the right to verify and approve claims before issuing a replacement or refund.

 

6.  Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, cancellations are not allowed as processing and packaging begin immediately. Refunds for eligible cancellations will

 

be initiated within 5–7 working days.

 

7.  User Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (such as shipping address and contact details) is accurate and complete. Customers are responsible for proper handling and storage of products as per the instructions mentioned on the packaging. Qimti Food will not be liable for product damage caused by improper storage or misuse.

 

8.  Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, product designs, and logos — is the exclusive property of Qimti Food. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

 

9.  Limitation of Liability

Qimti Food shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.
